Anna Zamir is the founder and Lead Producer at Flock Event Design, an event consulting and production company in Portland, Oregon. From dynamic conferences to vibrant festivals and inspiring non-profit galas, Anna helps her clients create purposeful, authentic, and engaging experiences that reflect their unique personalities or brands.
With over 10 years of event production experience, Anna’s expertise includes corporate conferences, meetings and summits, food, spirits, music and cultural festivals, fundraiser galas, private parties, and community events. Through curated, detail-rich events, Anna unites people by helping them gather with purpose by celebrating shared interests and common goals.
Anna specializes in in-person events, virtual experiences and hybrid event solutions - guiding her clients through the platform and video production partner selection process, leveraging best practices for creating and delivering digital content, designing engaging environments, optimizing sponsorship opportunities, and producing high-quality digital broadcasts.
With a focus on inclusion, accessibility, and sustainability, Anna is deeply rooted in her values and cherishes the opportunity to collaborate with like-minded individuals.
When she’s not producing events, Anna enjoys attending concerts and comedy shows, hosting parties for friends, crafting, eating her way through the amazing Portland food scene, attending Blazers and Portland Pickles games, and floating the river in the summer.
I am detail obsessed, solution oriented and LOVE a non-traditional idea. I am a proud Latina and a nearly fluent Spanish speaker. I hope to utilize my bi-lingual skills in this business as much as I can! Weddings are my specialty, but I have planned and executed small scale music festivals, fundraisers and managed logistics for many corporate training and staff appreciation parties.
I love getting outside. I rock climb, summit mountains, trail run and have done lots of solo backpacking trips. All of those things have taught me how to stay cool when things don’t go as planned, which has been a saving grace in my work! My dream is to plan an adventure elopement on top of a mountain for a couple in love.
