WE’RE A COLLECTIVE OF INDEPENDENT EVENT PRODUCERS IN PORTLAND, OREGON.
We run some of the biggest, coolest events in the city, as well as elite, niche gatherings. We’ve come together; the rising tide lifts all ships. We share resources, leads, tricks of the trade, and space to share our stories. Apart, we were working hard and alone. Together, we support each other, and elevate the quality of events in the city.

Stephanie is a Portland-based freelance event producer and brand project manager. For the past decade, she has lead projects full time for marketing and design agencies, as well as internally at Airbnb. As a project manager, she specializes in fine-tuning processes that work for independents, small teams, and corporations alike. Stephanie strives to be a critical part of the creative team—by both empowering teams to do brilliant work and by personally contributing and driving creative concepts and decisions.
Throughout her time as a project manager, Stephanie always raised her hands when there was a project that included anything experiential. She managed a nation-wide sales tour, was instrumental in Airbnb’s role at the 2016 Rio Olympics and the Airbnb Open festival of hosting in Los Angeles in 2016, and organized internal events and gatherings. When she set out as a solo-entrepreneur three years ago, she decided to make live events her primary focus. Since that time, she’s produced events and experiences ranging from multi-day conferences, city-wide festivals, fundraisers, speaker events with well known celebrities and influencers, brand and product launches, and parties.
Outside of work, Stephanie loves to spend time with her rescue pup & best bud named Luna, to cook and host for friends, and frequents local music and art events.

Wainani Paikai is an event producer from O‘ahu now living in Portland, OR. With over five years of event experience, her work ranges from large scale fundraisers with thousands of attendees to local business pop-up events to artist workshops.
She is currently building her portfolio in Portland through producing events where the BIPOC community can connect and create. She finds that moving from a minority-majority environment in Hawai‘i inspires her to connect and perpetuate her Hawaiian culture as well as highlight other BIPOC communities.
When she's not working on events she enjoys falling down a stand-up comedy YouTube rabbit hole or a fun happy hour that leads to singing sad ballads and show-tunes at karaoke.
